Our services begin at the engineering stage of a product by providing detailed technical documentation through authoring and illustration services, including product breakout diagrams, illustrated parts lists, wiring diagrams, operator instructions, maintenance level information, safety manuals, and product updates/modifications or service bulletins. JANA provides these services to original equipment manufactures, re-engineered product manufactures, engineering firms, and modification centers that change configurations of existing equipment.

We have integrated off-the-shelf applications and leading edge technology to deliver accurate and reliable data in a cost-effective environment. This system is an SGML/XML based environment that provides flexibility for growth and transition. SGML/XML is a neutral data environment that is not dependent on software applications or proprietary systems.
