ProVision Suite™

ProVision Suite consists of four applications that were designed and developed by JANA specifically for the airline industry. Users of these applications include component manufacturers and airline fleet operators, both commercial and cargo. Each application is configured to access a database for consistent and synchronized data. This suite of applications consists of an Illustrated Parts Cataloguing System, Illustrated Parts List Cataloguer, a T-File (provisioning data) Developer and a Spare Parts Forecasting and Management Tool.

A key aspect of each application is the high level of automation that results in a reduced cost to deliver product data, and decreased time to market. Each application incorporates very advanced design concepts that include  SGML output, the reuse of data, automated revision control and flexible business rule validation. In addition, the design of the applications allows customization for a customer's specific needs.

ProVision applications can be hosted by JANA or installed at a customer's facility. JANA utilizes state of the art virtual environments as well as secure VPN network connections. Our customer's data security is of the highest priority.

  • Illustrated Parts Cataloguer - Creates, manages and delivers ATA compliant Illustrated Parts Catalogs. Provides native PDF and generically tagged SGML output. Designed for in-house production/service needs and for fleet operators that want an organic IPC management capability.
  • Illustrated Parts List Cataloguing and Management - Creates, manages and delivers ATA compliant CMM Illustrated Parts Lists. Provides native PDF and SGML output capabilities. Designed for component manufacturers but is also used for in-house production requirements.
  • T-File Generator - Creates, manages and delivers ATA Specification 2000 compliant provisioning T-Files. The IPL Cataloger and T-File Generator were designed as integrated applications although both can be used independently.
  • Spares Director - Creates Recommended Spare Part Lists (RSPLs) for fleet operators and/or component manufacturer sales forces marketing to fleet operators.
