In 2002, JANA formed a joint partnership with EG Product Engineering Solutions in Monterrey, Mexico to meet two business objectives for our customers:
- Off-Shore Pricing Structures for Technical Documentation Services
- Product Life-Cycle Engineering Services and Manufacturing Capabilities
This is a true value added partnership for our customers, allowing JANA to deliver a wide array of solutions, from consulting services to finished products; taking advantage of a unique blend of engineering expertise and competitive cost structures that can meet critical time-to-market needs. In fact 90% of the work produced in our Monterrey facility is for US companies. The JANA-EG production facilities are operated and managed under the same quality assurance process improvement programs and independently ISO 9001:2000 Certified and audited.
Product Development

Reverse Engineering
Production of all engineering documentation needed to manufacture a product; form manufacturing drawings and bill of materials to process routings, assembly procedures, material characterization and component specification.
Value Engineering
Crystallize cost reduction initiatives; partial and complete optimization of existing product design to lower manufacturing cost.
Development Projects
Development of new or improved products engineered to succeed in competitive markets; significantly reducing development time and cost.
Design Engineering

Modeling and Drafting
Produce models and manufacturing drawings to customer or industry standards and practices.
Analysis
Create virtual models and analysis to simulate operating conditions, including strength, heat transfer, vibration and frequency response.
Analytical Tools
Multiple applications are utilized for statistical and matrix based methodologies such as factorial design & design of experiments, quality function deployment, functional decomposition, failure mode effect analysis and design for manufacturing and assembly.
