Quality management of each program is maintained through an extensive tracking and reporting system, which provides the customer and JANA corporate management with detailed information on program activity. Senior management provides leadership and oversight through consistent monitoring of objectives and project performance. JANA's in-house Quality Statistics Program facilitates immediate identification of processes that may be out of statistical acceptance. This allows the quality teams to quickly determine the root cause and develop a solution while maintaining continual work flow in the production process.
